Leadership = Influence …

If your top 2 jobs (not only jobs) as a Leader (an influencer) are to be

How easy would it be to influence others?

You set the vision.

You are guardian of the culture and direction to the vision.

And you are a Leader when you are flexible and adaptable enough to see that some of the best opportunities ahead mean a slight shift is necessary to realize the vision.

When you can also communicate all of this to have people move forward with you, you are the Leader that has learned influence.
